Vintage Omega Identification (1940's?)

Hello all,

Attached are photos of a vintage Omega from the 40's I believe. Anyone recognize it? Figured I'd ask here. Found it at a garage sale, winds and works perfectly.

Not much to go on but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Late 40's looks about right.
Dial has been redone.

There might be a reference number on the inside of the case.
If not look for a caliber number on the movement and use that to research the watch.

Updated with case back and movement photos. If anyone can shed some light that'd be great!

Thank you community.

The reference is 2348-4.
Try researching just using 2348, sometimes that fifth number is different but they're still the same watch.
The serial number dates it to the mid-forties.

Thank you for the information! Very much appreciated. Even though it's been restored a bit it's quite beautiful none the less.

Are there are other resources on this watch?

Thank you.
