Looking at these 3

Good Day All,

I am looking at these 3 PO's

The new version with the rubber strap;

The new one on the SS;

Or the one old stock on the SS (on sale) 2K cheaper then the others;

Thanks,

Eric

Buy the second one then add a strap & deploy at a later time. I really really prefer the raised numerals on the 8500 over the previous model.

I'd probably go for the old one and put the 2K towards another.

Get the new PO on steel. Buy the rubber later if you like it. It is a better value to get the watch on the bracelet.

My only issue is the new orange is not ceramic.

I originally had the same issue, but in the end thought the 8500 updates were worth the extra $$

If it was me; I'd go with #1, I have plenty of SS bracelets already

Having the rubber on there from the start will really increase the wrist time because it's different

#2 - aftermarket SS straps are expensive, rubber can be added easily.

I would say the first one for the strap, specially if you don't have one in your collection. If not buy the cheapest and get the strap separately.

Save the 2 grand (or more) and get the caliber 2500.......great watch!!!! The ceramic bezel on the new caliber 8500 is washed out, the orange bezel on the caliber 8500 is the same material as the bezel on the 2500. Yes, of course, the new 8500 has a far superior movement, an exhibition caseback, etc., etc but for the savings, I'd stick with the 2500.

Good luck...at the end of the day, you can't make a wrong decision!!!!
