vintage 60's / 70's

Hello -- Looking to buy a vintage Perpetual / air king / date from era 1960's / 1970's. I found an 1960's Oyster perpetual that I like but some of the dots on the dial are detached and floating. Is this something that can be repaired without replacing the dial? Which I would like to preserve. Thanks in advance.

If the lume plots are floating around the dial, there is a chance debris has made it's way into the movement. Proceed with caution. Any pictures?
