Day Date 36 with "Rolex" dial and diamond bezel

Dear fellow TRF members,

I was offered this piece of DD36 with the "Rolex" dial and diamond bezel, but can't seem to find this particular model in the online catalogue from www.rolex.com

I have a couple questions:

1. What do you call this "Rolex dial"
2. Which ref is this, and has it been discontinued?

Now I imagine someone here would be able to answer this within the next 5-10 minutes but please forgive me as I am really blind towards the Datejust/DayDate models.

Update: by googling the jubilee dial and diamond bezel I found the ref to be 118346, platinum ice blue dial.

Is this the correct ref, and is the watch a platinum model?
