eBay. I don't know if it's a bootleg or what but it's heavy and I think it's made of aluminum. It has a sticker on the back as well as the box that it's OEM made for Omega Boutiques and not for resale. If it's a fake, it's elaborate.

There's another one by the same seller. I don't remember if it's against forum rules to post links to auctions. But if you search Omega Showrooms Wall Clock it will come up.
