Thanks Derwreck. My wrist is 7inches and I've never had a chance to try one on (never available). My six digit Sub and GMT fit me perfectly so I'm thinking the 216570, which is about 2.5mm longer from solid end link to solid end link, might be a tad big, plus that beautiful white dial can give the illusion of looking bigger. Looks great on you though!

So, we haven’t had an AD in my city in years... and I’ve been unable to build a relationship with any of the AD’s within driving distance. (This whole classic situation is well documented in Rolex world *sigh*). So after trying and failing for months to get on the “list” somewhere, I got referred by a friend to “a guy who finds watches.” It took him about 6 weeks. This watch was delivered to an AD a few weeks back. Sold immediately, but never worn and had all stickers, bezel protector, etc... even the case back sticker! Not my name on the warranty card, but I only paid about $500 above the retail price. That’s less than the sales tax would have cost me in my home state... so I feel like I came out ok.

Great looking watch! That will wear well for many many years.

And if you are happy with the deal then that’s what matters. Welcome to the insanity...er...club.

Congratulations in the polar 2! I have the black dial and love it! Couldn’t get into the fit of the 6 digit sub, but the six digit explorer 2 fits perfectly. Enjoy!

Nice watch! I got mine last week in London (emailed WOS during the lockdown and had to pay immediately so the wait was long!) and that bracelet is so silky smooth. I especially love that "chunkiness" about it and its casualness. Mine is running supremely accurately at 0.5 secs per day slow - very happy so far and I'm sure you will be too
