Dude are you serious. Stop getting scammed. No don't send him money at all, don't send money to anyone in Africia, and don't let your brother in law borrow any money to boot.

He had provide me his driver's license and business card a company call Spectrum Commerce located in 3216 Grand Ave Miami FL 888-473-6810 and i try to call but a lady told me his not in the office. Just don't understand why he won't accept paypal. He will be a hero to me and can't thank him enough if he help me get my watch back and of course he deserve the reward. Western Union is what bothers me.

Yeah, it's gotta be another scam. Once you send that money over Western Union it's gone. A good samaritan wouldn't argue over the terms of a reward like this.

Reward on return of the watch to yourself, after the police release it to you. Would you turn down an easy $2500 for simply setting up a meeting? You are being targeted by another con artist.

Take a deep breath. Does this story make any sense? Send $2500 in advance to a stranger by Western Union? No chance of getting your money back. What could possibly go wrong?

This Victor Blanco guy emailed/texted me about a piece i had for sale on CL Los Angeles. email relay had his name as Victor Bianco, not bLanco. Hasn't said too much about what a potential scam scheme would be, but now that I read this I think I'll walk away.

He also sent a business card for the same company as above. Reverse number lookup comes back with a female name form NY and his name is not listed as a related person.
