No idea what you are talking about. Kevin tang is not even a name I know. I looked him up, sorry if you had a bad experience with a hedge fund investor...

I invest based on other research and I am Bullish on HRTX. Barry D. Quart the CEO at Heron is a great leader the company is solid. IMHO

Heron Therapeutics Provides Update on FDA Review of SUSTOL® NDA

Heron Therapeutics, Inc. (HRTX), announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has provided the Company with an update on its review of the New Drug Application (NDA) for SUSTOL® (granisetron) Injection, extended release. The FDA has indicated that there are no substantive deficiencies in the NDA and has begun labeling discussions with the Company. SUSTOL is a long-acting formulation of the FDA-approved 5-hydroxytryptamine type 3 (5-HT3) receptor antagonist granisetron being developed for the prevention of both acute and delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) associated with moderately emetogenic chemotherapy (MEC) or highly emetogenic chemotherapy (HEC). For the most part I don't care which way the market is going because I trade both long and short

Personally, I don't believe that the FED will raise interest rates in June. Until that day comes, and we know, we will have volatility. Yesterday and the day before the market's knee jerk reaction was to tank when a rate hike seemed more likely, but I feel like the market will get over that fear soon.

Really? Why don't you believe the Feds will raise interest rates in June? If not June then definitely July. The currency traders are worried of BOJ stepping in and weakening the yen while the Fed having it's interest rates raised. Traders in the Futures markets had the raising of rates being at a 6% of a chance a month ago to something like 64% probability this month due to strongly worded sentiment in the minutes from last months Feds meeting when it was released on Wednesday.

Amazon is pretty amazing. Their AWS is undervalued imo.

What do you think about Apple?
It's being discounted more heavily than Microsoft at the moment.

Picked up additional HRTX over the past few weeks. Lots of Buy and Hold Ratings out there. Nervous selling going on as FDA is taking a long time to approve new drug. I'm hanging tight...

I own AAPL too, have held it long term since 2007. Still holding, and I would buy more at these levels to hold long term.

Today's market action demonstrates that people are shrugging off the FED news. The economy seems too weak for the FED to raise rates again in June.

But I do believe there will be ups and downs until then. Sideways - depends on what stock you are looking at. The stocks I trade mostly are GOOGL (with the L), AMZN, TSLA, AAPL, CMG and NFLX. I made a mistake on NFLX got hold of some at 88.7 sold it too soon, but then before that I had bought at 93 and barely got out before it crashed, so I was jittery.

I've started to watch BIIB too, no entry yet. I used to trade WYNN as well, not lately.

I'm not too sure about that.. the USD gained on Yen yet again today! Plus the housing market has exceeded expectations. This month's housing market is up 9% in the median single family category.

Biotechs are hit or miss. Of course, I both trade and hold tech stocks which can be risky too.

The over all trend of the stock market has been up for years and years, and buying and holding blue chip stocks over time is the best long term investment you can find, better than real estate after property tax and repair costs are figured in. This has been time proven.

From 1978 - 2004, real estate average return 8.6%
1978 - 2006, stocks average 13.4%

Of course I still wish I had held on to those two Daytona 6265s and the 6263. Now those were good investments. I'll have more soon though.

Uhmmm... I suppose HRTX was my pick and I am a long term investor but I like to have FUN or what others might call RISK. Remember its only money! Best of Luck to you all. Set your sell stop orders... It is always best to have a strategy for entry and exit. Don't be greedy and protect your self at all times!


PS- If you have a stock tip that may benefit others please share. We are all adults who are used to making educated decisions and understand there is risk in investing. Do your research, if you do not want to participate then don't.
