2023 Release Radiomir Otto Giorni

Wow. What do y’all think about the patina on these? Open casebacks, textured degrade dials!

Big fan of the Green Calif Dial

Pricing is on the steep side, but Panerai figure theyre charging what they can get

I look forward to checking them out on the Pre Owned market in a year or two

However, on the movement side...

I love the look and is very in-line with the Radiomir's history of rough-and-tumble military hardware. But the movement view has a lot to be desired, it is very bland and they might as well just put a steel caseback and perhaps capture a mm or so of thinness.

For an 8-day Radiomir the PAM190 is the way, it looks great on both sides.

The PAM190 movement is based on the JLC 877, here is an interesting article showing that it is one of the most efficient movements conceived: https://watchesbysjx.com/2020/01/qua...nt-design.html

Not bad, not bad at all. I like the 1347. Not sure about the patina case or the price, though.

I like the green cali dial but It's a bit overpriced and it lacks of any power reserve indicator

As an owner of a 210, I like the look of them & the size. The dials are lovely. But, as someone has said, the movements aren’t worth looking at (unlike my old eta). And for value a classic 210 wins hands down.

I agree with everyone about seeing the movement in modern Panerai. But… I think Panerai has a rap for using solid casebacks to hide questionable/unfinished movements so personally I won’t buy a Panerai without a see through caseback.

A very nice watch. I own the 992 which is similar but I will check this out when my AD gets one.

I love the look of these and the aged steel looks really nice and fits the design.
