So sorry to hear this. Stay strong and fight the fight. It's amazing what treatment can do these days compared to even 5 years ago. Keep us posted, there are a number of survivors in here, including me. I'm sure any one of us would be happy to talk. I found talking with people who went through cancer very helpful and hopeful. All the best!

I’m sorry to hear that Ralph but if anyone is ready to take on a fight it’s you buddy. You look to be built like a brick shit house. Keeping you and your family in our thoughts here in Buffalo.

PS: love the black bay

Lost for words. Amazing, terrible, insane, maddening, etc how quick life can spin on a dime like that. Wishing you all the prayers in the world.

I'm so sorry to hear this terrible news, Ralph. Like some others, I'm also at a loss for words. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers and urge you to keep up the good fight, as I'm sure you will.

My thoughts and best wishes are with you. My most earnest hope is for a miraculous medical breakthrough that can prolong your life. Even a medical trial. We have had friends and relatives with stage four cancer who have participated in medical trials that really helped them.

Oh boy Ralph. WTF Ralph. I feel so so sad about this and from deep in my heart I wish you the very best. You and your family are in my prayers that you get the best of care, the best of luck, and the greatest strength to fight this.

It is so, so very important to stay positive and believe in yourself. And in your own healing powers and to stay strong.

We are here for you and we care about you Ralph. God bless.

Absolutely wishing the best for you, as you and your family fight through the treatment.

I understand it's a terrible diagnosis and the treatment road ahead is sure to be very tough, but gotta keep up the positive attitude and we're all here rooting for you. Keeping you in my thoughts, fight on!

So sorry to hear this. You and your family will be in my prayers, along with Dave. I spent most of my Nursing career in Oncology, so know more than most people about this disease. It’s wonderful to hear how your friends are rallying around you. Take one day at a time. Focus on the good things in your life, and if you have a grail watch, get it!

I usually don't read these "C" threads but yours struck a chord with me, and is the only one I have ever read. I also have never read any of your posts that I can think of. Yes, I ended that sentence with a preposition, so what?! I'm 57 now and was diagnosed two years ago with the same thing, same stage. Still going, still feeling pretty good except for a few days after infusions. I too have always been very active and in great health. Everybody looks at me and can't believe I have Cancer. It is quite strange. I'm glad you have a good support group around you, and the people on this forum have always been great too. My advice to you, keep a positive mental attitude and don't let it hold you back. Stay strong. PM me if you want to talk or have any questions.

Ralph. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I lost my father to brain cancer some years back. Believe me a positive attitude goes a long way.

Stay in the fight and find a support group for both you and your family to attend. To be able to share how you feel with others in the same battle helps tremendously.

You got this.

Hang in there Ralph. I can't understand what you are going through and won't claim to. I will say that I've survived cancer twice and am currently weighing my treatment options for another go round with it.

Having it puts life into a view point that not every gets to see. It puts in, and opens up, a new perspective on virtually everything.

Good thoughts for you Ralph. Keep on keeping on is what I like to say.

So sorry to read this, I hope you still have a chance of recovery.

Hits me hard to read it since this is so similar to when my dad got the same news at age 70 a couple of years ago, he unfortunately did not make it, but wasn't in as good shape as you are, so don't lose hope!
