On average how many times per year does AP have price increases and does anyone know the dates of say the last 4?

There is no average...they can do it 3-4x a year or they can do it zero for 3-4 years straight...

AP is probably the most sporadic when it comes to prices IMO. That said, it's likely a very good time to buy if you're in the market. In terms of where their prices will go anyway....
