Is there a way to authenticate a Rolex bracelet?
Long time lurker, first time poster.
I have a 126710 Batgirl but I am interested in purchasing the Oyster bracelet to sometimes wear as the alternative Batman version. I have found the 79200 bracelet which is what I think from my research to be the GMT oyster bracelet. The seller is in Hong Kong which makes me a little nervous buying overseas. (I would use PayPal G&S for the buyer protection). Is there any way to authenticate the bracelet? Even if it fits and looks all good, I want to ensure it’s a genuine Rolex product. And this oyster bracelet should fit my 126710, regardless if it originally came on the jubilee - right? Attached are some photos - any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. ab57b675-0d7d-4ceb-8c01-62671558d47c.JPG af07814f-f4ad-4f9b-90cc-6a0dbc0fcfb7.JPG c63ce06d-f264-494f-8379-c6cc77e37fa6.JPG efef4aef-430d-4696-8e35-62bfee799815.JPG c996f332-1fb8-429e-9a16-762d0dc0de3c.JPG b80cb0dd-0dd0-4c0a-8f5f-43b476ccd3fe.JPG Last edited by ItsThatKush; 9 August 2023 at 02:52 PM.. In my experience it's all about the fit and finish. If it fits great and is in acceptable shape then you may have a winner.

The new bracelets are being copied often and getting better each generation.
The replicants seem to defy detection so it’s best to get one from an AD if authenticity is your primary goal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

How did you get it from an AD? I was under the impression that they weren’t allowing bracelet swaps on the GMTs anymore.
