It's just obviously fake.
Rolex never made this model and things like the cyclops are a dead giveaway in an instant.

Not a great picture but it looks like the case is steel, the bracelet is two-tone, but the dial says "Day-Date". All three does not make sense. Day-Dates have always been precious metal.

Then we get to the cyclops, end-links, etc. There's just way too many things that don't make sense that it's not worth investigating any further.

Your watch is not an authentic Rolex.

Most watches can be "fixed", depending on what is wrong. You would need to seek a watchmaker and determine if the cost to get this counterfeit watch running is worth the cost.

You can definitely fix it - by throwing that piece of fake trash right in the garbage or in the ocean!
