Thoughts on de ville coaxial chronograph 9300?

Just wondering if anyone had seen this watch and what were their thoughts. The de ville collection never gets any respect as the aqua terra overshadows it.

I feel it tries to be an everyday watch with somewhat getting away with a suit yet able to be a weekender. I really liked and how the chronograph works however trying it on it's just too big. 16mm I believe so, such a shame otherwise it would of gone into my collection.

Nice - but a scratch magnet for sure.

The DeVille 9300 is an amazing watch!
Some may gripe about the thickness, but that is one of my favorite parts about it...

Especially when it is a thick chunk of gold...

I'm a huge fan of cal. 9300, and the DeVille is probably the best looking of the bunch.

Oh that is just amazing. I tried that one on. Was very subtle yet classy.

I just couldn't think it would work with French cuffs. Even with the brushed sides

Oh it works with French cuffs, and short sleeves and no sleeves

I love it!

But then, I like a lot of Omegas.

But that is very impressive, makes a very cool statement and is undoubtably an awesome machine with the 9300 engine.

Very unique and very cool!!

Quite the opposite actually -

the sides of the case are brushed, and the crystal rises just a hair above the bezel, so it absorbs most of the brunt of any "long sleeve' trauma...

the bezel is also thin and slanted so surface contact is limited...
steel would be even less scratch prone than the RG

And the leather strap...(now bear in mind this is just my opinion), I have always believed to scratch less than a bracelet....

Yeah I wouldn't think that it would be a scratch magnet. Trying it on is very comfortable. It didn't feel thick on but it actually is. Looks amazing thought the sapphire display.

However choose this or a gmt ii blame or datejust ii. This was my choice and currently leaning towards going the simple datejust ii

I love that pic !

proof of how well it works with Dress shirt and Blazer...

(also , proof of it not being a scratch magnet...for anyone who knows Geert, any watch withing six feet of him seems to get scratched up...amazingly, he even managed to scratch the "scratch proof" sapphire crystal on one!)

Initially I didn't like the formality of the Roman numerals on a sporty chrono, but seeing the pics in this thread I'm liking it more and more. The blue dial and gold case are great!

You may have come around on the Roman numerals but I have not, can't live with them I'm afraid, JMHO but I would never own a watch with Roman numerals.

And the worst thing is....I don't even mind
It's not as bad as my good friend mentions here, maybe he's a bit to careful ?
Stil I do like his Omega Deville. It's a stunning watch

It's a great watch. Looks awesome in the flesh, way better than in photos. The silver dial on leather is my favorite of the line up. Only downside is lack of lume.
