Best leather straps for vintage 806

Hi Breitling fans

I recently acquired a vintage 806 Navitimer on a NATO and was looking for a good strap for the watch. Do any of you have any good recommendations?

Any pics to show would be appreciated

I always check sellers on TZ. I recently picked up one of Jedly's Horweens and they are superb. Put it on my 2110 chronomatic. Can't tell the lug width on the top of my head on an 806 though but he has a good variety with 19 and 20mm.

Just depends on how much you want to spend.

Thanks pics soon...lug width is 22mm i believe...looking for a distressed leather strap that will go well with the patinated dial.

I have a 806 coming after some weeks and Attila Aszodi had suggested some great distressed leather including in ox blood, just check with him too for custom options. Jed has some great ones but not sure he keeps all sizes. A lot depends on the patina shade too in choosing the right strap to bringing out the best in the 806s, looking forward to your pics!

I have one on a NSA bracelet, which though not leather, is really nice and goes well with the watch imho.

would be nice to see pictures when you do have a strap for it,

I'm having it serviced at the moment so it should be awhile until it comes back. Will post then. I decided on Ted Su custom strap...I hope it turns out OK.
