Incoming... 6119R... my first Patek!
My first Patek (and first dress watch)... Tiffany stamped 6119R. Chose this piece to mark 20 years of moving to USA and 10 years of fatherhood. Call came just a few days before my daughter’s 10th birthday which made the timing all the more special. Absolutely in love with it!
