Couldn't make it due to work commitments,, let me know when the next one is as Oak Brook would work better for me anyways. Post some pics if you've got 'em!

It was just Gerardo and me. Gerardo took pics, but he's currently in the air bound for home.

We also went to the WatchTime event last night at the Mid America Club. I've now held more watches priced at $100k+ in my hand than I could have ever imagined. He took a ton of pictures there, too.

Stay tuned.

The Illinois and other near by areas need to get together, I think if we can plan it out, we would have an awesome turn out. Maybe meet at someones favorite AD, than and dinner. Maybe the suburbs?

The CD Peacock in Oakbrook is apparently the best-selling location in the midwest. That's what the Rolex guy told me at their Basel event two Fridays ago. Might be a good place.

Interested in what? Having a half dozen folks come in a peruse their watches? I'm sure they are -- note, though that they really go for the sell. I can call and ask, though, if you like. I am on familiar terms with them.

It is a good place to meet up, imo, though. And, there are nice (for da 'burbs) restaurants in the vicinity, so after visiting with the watches we could find a place to chill together.
