Hi There TRF,
Before i start, I know i should send the watch into Rolex and have them replace the Crystal.....
BUT, has any successfully removed the cyclops from a DJ 116300?
Thanks,

My wife’s eyesight has changed in her 50’s. With the cyclops on her DJ, it actually made it more difficult to read the date. She asked me to have it removed, which I did. The AD did it in just a few minutes. It’s very simple. I wouldn’t try it myself though I know some have tried.

After 3-4 mos she says she wished she kept it on. Removing it made it easier to read the date, but she said it sort of ruined the look. Eventually I’ll have them replace the crystal.

Thank you Setarip, appreciate the feedback.

...and why don't you buy yourself an Omega Aquaterra, for example?

Removing the cyclops is a sacrilege
