Unexpected Incoming!

I make no secret of the fact I really tend to enjoy Rolex's more 'basic' offerings as a matter of course - time only, stainless (before all the world wanted SS), etc.

So while I appreciate the timelessness of the DJ, the icons that the GMT and Daytona are, etc, i tend to actually wear models like the OP and Air King more.

What I rarely find myself going for is white on a dial...then I encountered an unexpected opportunity to buy an example of the now-discontinued snowy-white 36 OP, full kit...at approximately what I'd pay for a current 36 OP like the black dial.

Needless to say, I now have a white dial 116000 incoming and will post some pics after arrival later this week - who knows, it could end up becoming my daily for the next decade!
