I liked that the dial was two-toned to match the watch

I'm only a beginner, but are the Arabic dials on a TT Daytona as issued by Rolex, or are the dials substituted afterwards?

Yes by Rolex, but seems these are the last as the new ceramics do not have them.

As the ceramic TT did not come out at Basel, pleased I have to admit they went elsewhere, I'd go for the panda dial.

I believe the less colors the better so either a silver dial or champagne dial

Substituted by who. Aftermarket anything is a huge no no in Rolex land.
