I have owned the Pelagos on three separate occasions, both black and blue. I would go with the seamaster, I believe it's the better watch.

I would pick the Tudor.
I really dislike the shape of the case of the seamaster. The extra crown for the HE escape valve really turns me off, and the dial is just too busy. The whole watch just feels like it's trying too hard for what it is. |

It is true - The omega bezels are hard to grip and pretty much impossible in the water.
