Went to check out the new Tudors... Came home with 925

Was gonna get the new BB chrono but just didn’t really sing to me as it was still rather chunky. Saw this and I must say, you need to see this in real life and then you’ll understand. The rest is history. Will let members know in a few months this how the silver stands! Without further adieu, the BB58 925

The 925 was the best release so far imho.

I’ve seen a hands on, the case redesign definitely allows this to say absolutely flat on the wrist.

Did you think this?

It’s about the same thickness now as some speedmaster references and also sits flat.

The slab side gives the illusion of chunk however

Congratulations.

How are you finding the strap. It's not a deployment clasp right?

How about showing the case back?

Nice - congratulations! If someone like Vanguard brings out a Taupe integrated rubber strap for it that would be awesome.

I would say the dark horse of the Tudor releases. Only if the new bb chrono was less chunky and I’m a big guy. Just doesn’t sit on the wrist as well as this. My 2 cent only.

Case redesign? Isn't this the same case as the regular BB58, albeit in silver and not SS?

Lovely pick up BTW OP, very nice piece!

Wow this may be the very first 2021 New Release incoming! Congratulations. Looks perfect on your wrist.

Love that color they went with. Works really well with the silver.

Did you get a picture of the chrono by any chance? Surprised you thought it was chunky. YT vid said thickness reduced to 14.4 mm now.

I was referring to the bb Chrono which OP mentioned was still too chunky.

Didn’t get a pic but I didn’t see much difference in size and thickness compared to the older chrono

Congratulation on your new

I just checked Tudor's new releases yesterday and in my opinion that is one of their best this year.

New version is 0.5mm thinner than the old, 14.4 compared to 14.9 - hardly noticeable at all I'd say

Looking at these pictures the 39 works great for you. That might be your upper limit. You picked a great watch

Trust me, I’ve worn way bigger watches. This 39mm just feels right. Maybe it’s the material and the dial and bezel effects. Wears bigger the reg bb58

The Anthracite Tropic strap would be a perfect match

Did you feel much difference in weight compared with steel ones? The color of the metal looks really sharp on the pictures...
