AD offered a 126618LB

No discount. No taxes. I had the 116618LB and it was cool. Not sure why I sold it. I got a great discount on the previous model. It’s hard to get passed not getting a discount. Are PM models hard to obtain these days? What would you guys do? I just reread the Hodinkee article on The Man with the Golden sub. That doesn’t help:) Any pictures for encouragement of any yellow gold subs old or new are welcome and encouraged!

PM sports may not be the fastest seller but it definitely still sells.

At most they may offer to either cover tax or meet you halfway but discounts are a thing of the past where Rolex is concerned.

Now if it was a ladies pearl master... discount is a lot more possible.

Search for the recent post of the 4 year old daily driving 116613. It looked incredible and honestly made it very hard for me not to go buy a 126618.

I tried one the other day, they are uncommon but not rare in my experience. I’ve been able to see them on a few occasions, but figured it was way too bling for me, despite every fiber of my being loving the thing.

If it's any help, I'm on a waitlist for this watch and anticipate paying full MSRP.

Same situation. I have wanted this watch and should have purchased one many years ago. Time to fix that!

get it!!!!!

Its probably the best looking Rolex ever created. I had the Twin Tone but man the lure of full gold blue sub was just too strong. Absolutely the best decision I've made to upgrade. I will be wearing mine today to work as well :)

I really think the gold text works best! Not sure why they changed it. Dumbs it down a bit imho.

Sometimes we let one go a have to pay a little more to get one back. Sometimes we don't get the chance to get one back. Take advantage of opportunities for things you want when they present themselves. IMHO

I prefer the 116618LB and you can find those pre-owned in great condition for less than msrp. Problem solved.

Definitely go find a pre-owned 116618LB if you can. For most people that don't own a bluesy won't be able to tell the difference between the 126618LB.
