My new gym watch

Wasn't looking for it...but it found me, so I had to buy it. As soon as it arrived I put it on the Jubilee...and with that it became my new gym watch. Gave it its break in today. And yes, it's nice on other occasions as well.

Man, that's awesome.

Far too good to wear in the gym. Get a Casio.

Very nice John, I recently did the exact same thing but with a grey-service-dial example, I'll post pics next time it's out of the bank box

Realizing that a gym watch must mean a watch you wear while working out, gotta agree w the fellas above. Is a watch even necessary?

My new gym watch

The heft of all that gold working out his wrist makes it a gym watch.

I’m also curious how you sourced the gold Jubilee. I had enough trouble trying to find a two tone bracelet.

Not John, but my own gold Jubilee was bought attached to a much-abused old 1013 that'd been worn like a bangle, awful pics, one of these job-lot sellers, found on eBay. Then sent to Michael Young, came back NEW. Overall it took a while and cost a bunch but I simply couldn't find one otherwise and whenever I wear it now I'm pleased I did it, completes my basic PM bracelet set (YG Oyster, WG President, YG Jubilee). Now if only I could EVER find a rose-gold one to go with my old 1012! Good luck eh

Lovely watch. Reminds me of my dad’s.

But this part about it being a gym watch…that’s a joke, right?

Agreed. I don’t wear any watch to the gym.

Each time the DJ is the thread's subject, I can't stop myself bragging about my late father's 6305 roulette.

That's quite the challenge. Vintage rose gold = God level.
