I love the blue but not with the black top, that's where the black on black puts it over the top for me.

Black, or if they do a gunmetal grey, then that. My 981 Cayman is black/black interior.

Great cars.

Black imho, but that midnight blue posted above is really sweet
Enjoy your new ride

Go Blue!! I love black as well, but the little swirlies in the paint that appear, even after hand washes only, always kill me on the inside. Nothing like a nice wet, black paint job, but once it's in the real world, I feel as if it'll never look as good as it did in the show room. Meanwhile, my "meteor gray metallic" cayenne S, which I regularly back into dumpsters, is almost 10 years old and looks brand new even under direct sunlight and with shitty car washes. Just my .02 cents!

This is indeed a tough call. Black is tried and true, stealthy, but the blue is just a little different and sets it apart in my opinion. I agree with another poster above, I don't like the black top on the blue... but if it were me, the top would be off 99% of the time anyway...so who cares.

And to the poster that said black brings out the lines more...really? I think if you're jugding by the photos, it might appear that way because of the highlights from the black photo being outdoors vs the blue photo indoors.

Live dangerously. Go blue.

Well, you picked a good one.

The Tundra is a great truck.

Enjoy it. And the upcoming 718. It's nothing but lovely.

On various other cars I'd go with blue for change of pace -- but on here without a doubt black.

Or you can wrap it in any color you want. Take if off when bored.

Graphite Blue is an interesting color. Sometimes it's pure gray. Other times, it's a steel blue and at others, it's very blue. I'm not sure I'd get it, because most of the time I see it, it looks gray to me.

And just in case you were thinking the dark blue (I think it's Midnight Blue Metallic now), here's mine with black leather, but blue painted trim. It normally looks darker but this was some pretty cool light.

Isn't something else that's blue going to be added in the near future? SS SD? Would match a blue Porsche nicely. Black looks great too. Perhaps keep the Milgauss and get the SD in black to match the Boxter...

Have fun choosing!

Black with black wheels looks awsome.

I dont think the black wheels look as good against the blue.

Also the black plastic air intakes and fender trim at the rear look cheap on the blue but you dont notice them on the black

A real 'first world' tough choice ya' got there bud!

Then go agate gray. Win/win as that too is a nice subtle color.

And can go long term and not get tired.

Nice suggestion. I'm a fan of grey but not the agate. It's got a bit of a brown hue to it that I don't care for.

I'm afraid my choice is not going to be any help at all. Good luck with your choice of color. I believe the Boxster is the finest little sports car in the world.

Guards red for the win! I'm also a big fan as you can see, but of those choices I would go black on black. Loved the agate grey suggestion but between those it's black....
