Welcome!

If you’re asking the question pretty certain a trailer lot has a 144 month term on a $144 per month deal on a 14 year old ex Police cruiser they’ll make an exception on.

Or maybe not. Therefore a check might be in order.

Credit, income, (possibly assets), liabilities will be the main factors in determining if you can lease.
If you don’t know your credit score there are sites where you can check, another option will be if you have bad credit to think of paying off ( try negotiating new amount) what has caused the hit on your credit, and in place of leasing, if you have a car, work with what you have until you bring your credit up sufficiently.
If you don’t and absolutely need one, look to buying something less expensive (cash will be a better option than financing as the interest rates can be predatory on bad credit) and once your credit has increased sufficiently and your finances allow, look to finance or lease the car you want (there is a tax advantage here as well) any how I hope that helps.

You don’t need good credit to lease a car.

You need good credit to get a reasonable monthly payment on your lease.

A few things: Your money factor will be through the roof with poor credit, you’ll be asked to put money down.

Things you should never do when leasing a car: A high money factor and putting down any money.

Get an econo shit box while you rebuild your credit.

You do not. You need good credit to pay a much lower cost of the lease
