Red Jubilee Black Bay 41 looks sharp!

This looks really good. Love the new bracelet.

I love this, so far my favorite release.

I've read it's thinner, at 13.6mm, but I'm sure we'll get confirmation soon.

Oh wow... can't wait to see that bracelet in person. One bone I've had with Tudor bracelets is the "studs" they have, not a fan (just personal preference). This jubilee looks promising.

Accoding to A Blog To Watch it is:

The new Tudor Black Bay carries on the original model’s 41mm-wide case diameter and general shape, but there are significant changes to this stainless steel case design. As a start, the rather tall polished vertical case sides of the previous Black Bay have been made substantially slimmer for the new generation (although Tudor does not give exact figures on how much thinner it actually is). There are a number of other visual tweaks here, most notably the crown, which takes on a more aggressively toothed look, and now sits flush with the case side to eliminate the Black Bay’s distinctive red crown tube. The bezel matches the new sawtooth pattern of the crown, but keeps the now-classic burgundy red aluminum dive insert fully intact for a tweaked, but familiar look in photos. In terms of water resistance, the new Black Bay matches its predecessors with a dive-ready 200 meter rating.

I personally don't like a sports watch combined with a dressy bracelet.

I’m not as much interested in the bracelet as I am the thinner case.

I’ve already asked my AD to sign me up for this one.

Gonna have to move a few pieces on to free up the budget for this bad boy.

That was the old case spec so if true no change. You sure that article you are referencing is for the current model?

The article is part of their Watches & Wonders coverage. You could be correct that they used the old measurement to get the article published.

My favourite 2023 Rolex & Tudor release by far. Also I think this is the beginning of the end for the faux rivets.

That will no doubt happen on the Steel & Gold version (when it arrives, probably 2024 as they have to work through the upgrades for the black (‘N’) and blue (‘B’) versions beforehand I would imagine.)

What I don’t understand is the complex reference number (steel rivet bracelet) M7941A1A0RU-0001 whereas previously it would have been M79230R-0001. I guess we can abbreviate it to M7941.

It’s going to be a bit of a mouthful to ask for the full new reference number - no doubt the AD’s will have a quizzical look on their face. It would have been better if they just continued with something like M79240R. Having said that I guess they want to distinguish their new Master Chronometer range.

No, I didn’t. I also didn’t notice the text change from three lines to two lines until I compared photos side-by-side.

Thanks for the link. Doesn’t look too chunky (thick) in those images.

Great release. Thinner case, no crown tube showing, subtle change to the bezel teeth design, faux rivet bracelet replaced with jubilee and T fit clasp, and master chronometer. All good stuff!

If this is indeed thinner as is rumored, a big win for Tudor. I've always liked the original red bezel Black Bay the best aesthetically. And no more "rivets"
