UAE Ministry of Defence Watches

Hi,

I saw another post regarding a UAE Ministry of defence crest on a Rolex Datejust.

I have came across a watch almost exactly the same as the one in the other thread :

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=115811

It is the same, with the difference being that no Arab writing is present on the watch. Not between the Eagles feet, or underneath the crest.

Does this mean it is unlikely to be genuine?

If it is genuine, does the fact that it has a crest add any value?

Thanks
