Condition would be key, you need to post pictures. If it has a bracelet might add more value but not a very valuable Rolex. $600 plus depending on condition

compare

i have an oyster royal, and i have done research on the internet, its worth in the uk at the moment between £1200 and £1500,the ones you get for cheaper are usually repainted and look dodgy with no guarantee as to whats inside them and i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!,for $600 in the uk you could buy an empty oyster royal case with nothing inside it!,but as jdc said we need pictures,it could be a very good clean example,or a really poor example and not worth much, does it look in the condition of mine?

Pics are severely out-of-focus (next time push the macro (flower symbol) setting on your camera).

However, it seems that this likely has a refinished dial and aftermarket bracelet. Those at least I can tell.

i would have to agree, the dial doesn't look to have any age to it,bracelet is from a different watch, would have been nice to see some macro picks,i still think you have potentially a really nice watch with a little restoration does the crown screw up?,i think i would get a nice leather strap and a service,it depends what you want to spend really and how far you want to restore it,still need better photos though for people to give better opinion, good luck with your camera!,mine isn't much better.
