An increase in size or weight would put me off, as would the addition of a date mechanism. And I agree with many above - a WG ceramic is more likely than a new SS model this year.

Instagram profile by rolex has been uploading day dates, oyster perpetuals and daytonas in a series of photos at different times. So it's not predictable that Basel will be about the new Daytona, it just so happens that Daytona photos were uploaded last.

I would like to see a new SS Daytona as follows:
Still 40mm, but reduce the bezel width to make the dial a bit bigger. Add a ceramic bezel Delete PCL and have a fully brushed bracelet Make the dial less "shiny" by making the subdials solid colours, i.e. black/white.
