Riding the Rails; with my Sub

OK. So I am pulled into a parking lot, Sports Bar.. wanting to watch U of M, I don’t know why. I get a call, go to grab the phone, and I flip it, between the seat and console.
I power back the seat, and reach in with my watch hand, in search of the phone, that is ringing.....
My Sub C, apparently fits the rail perfectly, I am locked into the rail, I’m sliding back and forth... now realize, I’m riding the rail of the seat, the left 2 lugs...
Can’t get my other hand in there , to release the bracelet, so brute force.
If I new how to take a pic, I would. Just downloaded tap a talk, still working on it, surprised the damage wasn’t worse, no harm to ceramic bezel.
It’s going to need a polish, and some grinding.
I hear that RSC Dallas is best, can I contact them directly...

Yikes! Hopefully the 'damage' is not too noticeable and you can continue to wear the Sub until it is due for service, but if not, yes, you can contact RSC Dallas directly, they will be able to assist you. Not sure if they will require service or if they can just polish and remove the damage, though. Good luck!

I'm quite curious, how bad is the damage exactly? Do you have any pictures?

It’s noticeable, but really just scratches, but I don’t like seeing it. It really held up, well, surfaces scratches, not gouges. The Bezel was getting a lot of face time, with rail, pristine
