Anybody ever worked on Patek world timer?

I m wondering how the time zone adjusting button is sealed to keep the watch water resistant.

What are these rated, 3bar?

I haven't worked on this particular watch but from what I can tell with my experience with case design of various brands it is most likely a small round gasket on the stem of the pusher/button for basic water resistance.

Yes 3bar(its a 5110 and may just 2bar but the newer ones 5230,5130 are all 3).So there s a tube glued or screwed in tge case and inside tube moves the stem and you suspect on that stem sits the gasket?

Most likely a glued or soldered basic tube. But could also have no tube at all, I don't know.

On the 5990 it looks so

I think here the tube with the collar sits in the case ,under the collar there s a gasket and the button slides until the collar if pushed,or am i wrong?
