As I wear mine 24/7 I must say that the lume works fine on mine at night. Maybe not for scuba but for what I need it's adequate.

I’ve had 5 different Daytona’s over the years including SS, TT, YG & Pt. The only one that was truly legible late into the night had the ivory Arabic dial.

Illustrative pics only

I have the exact same watch, which I bought 2 and a half years ago.I sold off most of my collection to be able to afford it but still have no regrets and love it as much as the day I got it.

For me it is the ultimate gents Rolex watch.

It would be refreshing if Rolex sold a Daytona with all white dusk and black hands - I really want to love these watches, but for life of me have a hard time reading them. Maybe that’s Rolex’s way or natural selection - young person’s watch?!?
