Maybe its not a lumed bezel but they mean that the size got bigger.

Cheers !

Tudor posted a slide at their Instagram site. At first I thought it was nothing, but does it show some brushed gold or titanium? Not showing a watch dial.

we will find out on the 16th.

I for one think this is showing two different sizes...kind of like what happened with the 116655 (YM) last year.. maybe a 36mm and a 42mm.. it looks from the part of the video with the the hand that there are two watches...maybe the full unveil trailer will start by showing one watch in front of the other and then rotate them and separate them to show the two sizes and the details!

I know that you're hoping for that but I still don't believe it, unless there's some innovation and it's not a normal chronograph.

But, well, Rolex just phased out the YG and the WG leather models so, who knows...

Kudos to their marketing department, as usual. They are good, extremely good.

Rolex released their first official teaser!

Looks like a bezel with lume?
its not the bezel, that is the command ring on the inside of the case.

If it's only a 40mm, I don't care if it's a ceramic Daytona or cool updated Daytona look. Daytona needs to be at least a 42mm and ideally 44mm. Just too dainty looking at 40 and as a huge Panerai fan, I need a bigger Rolex

Definitely a Daytona, you could see chrono pushers in one part of the teaser

Wait, my mistake, not chrono pushers. Those are crown guards. Aha, a new sports model!

Well, Tudor definitely has a new watch with some sort of brushed bronze metal. New teaser picture up.

well the SS Daytona isn't 40mm it is actually 38mm so that is part of the problem and why it wears small. 44mm would be too big.

Whatever sort of Daytona it is, it has to be TT or SS

Like ronricks said the current SS Daytona is only 38.5, not 40mm. So 42/44 like SkyDweller or YMII would be about right. And they should tone it down a bit. Less polished and more satin like the 90s zenith Daytona. Classier. Less chrome, please.

I'm going to die of laughter when its a new dial OP model. Or a 40mm Date-just.

Maybe a new Daytona next year....LOL

THE RETURN OF THE TURN-O-GRAPH....MIND BLOWN.

Getting hopes up...only sets us all up for disappointment. I never forget the tears shed when forum members realized that the BLRO was not SS....dagger.

Yep

Right lugs are always different on the 116520, 116523 and 116528 compared to the RG, WG and PT ones

So could be maybe a new 116528 first ?

Cheers
