Icon5 wait! what? isn't the daytona still a 39mm woman's watch with no date?

just kidding around....it's great to see all the daytona excitement and not a SINGLE post (yet) about wishing for a 42mm butch daytona with date function.

I did see one post bemoaning the size, but the excitement here is palpable.

You mean 38.5 mm ! I'll have a big smile on my face when I wear that white dial "women's" watch.

40mm is great HOWEVER would have been nice to use the Paul Newman Exotic Dial and cut off the damn crown guards

Ha. This one will be hot for a - very - long time. No complains on size here. But I do think the 116520 models look more chic and less sporty.

Omega calls the updated 39.5mm Planet Ocean a ladies watch, and calls the updated, now 43.5mm Planet Ocean a gents watch. While Rolex calls the 40mm (as advertised) Daytona a gents watch. As a guy cursed with thin wrists, I'd like to think Omega's wrong and Rolex's right

I am so happy they didn't go 42mm. 40mm is the perfect size IMO. Well done by Rolex with the Daytona
