New Daytona reference number
It's interesting that Rolex chose 116500LN as the new reference number to replace 116520. The "1165" obviously denotes the Daytona Cosmograph. The next digit "0" describes the bezel (polished). I'm a little surprised that Rolex hasn't added a "7" to denote ceramic. The last is the case material which is "0" and steel in this case. The addition of "LN" would also seem to indicate the possibility of other colored bezels in the future.

A white bezel/dial would be great!

Somewhat on topic as your questioning the reference number given to the new Daytona...I know how this works in theory, but it doesn't make any sense to me when comparing some models. The Sub reference 114060 denotes a rotating bezel, but why does the Sub Date reference 116610 denote a finely engine turned bezel?
