Had to do it

So I have bought and sold Rolex’s. Thought I could do without my Submariner Date in May. Didn’t last too long. Problem was there aren’t any out there. So I bought a brand new Submariner Date from DavidSW that was purchased new 8/27/18 and just received it. Glad to have it back in my collection.

Congrats on the SubC date! Fantastic watch. Absence made the heart grow fonder, I guess.

Nothing I had made me feel good. I recently bought in May a new Breitling Superocean Heritage II Volcano Black with mesh bracelet. It’s nice. Just not a replacement.

It's a classic. The SubC and the Breitling can learn to live together.

That Submariner is about as perfect as a watch gets. I understand why you needed to replace it.

Congrats and enjoy!

The breitling looks good. But if nothing beats the sub c you did 100% the right thing.

Congrats! I also having a Breitling SOH from 2015 but will probably sell it as I am waiting for the call for my SubC Date. Don't think I need both. Beautiful watch and I've loved it but the Sub is on another level.

Congrats for bringing it back. Just be glad you didn't sell off something vintage, I find it hard to find what I want in the condition I want nowadays.

Fed Ex came to my dealership as I was leaving for brand meeting. Had no choice.
