Daytona Everose Oysterflex Dial Choice?

Hello,

I have traded in my YM with Rhodium Dial. I am now choosing between the Daytona Cosmograph with

Black Dial (rose subdials)

Rose Dial with (black subdials)

Cream Dial with (gold subdials)

Thanks!

Rose Dial with (black subdials); I like the match between the bezel and sub dials.

Thank you for the response!! I see many more wrist shots of that combo than the others? In fact, I dont see very many Everose Daytona Oysterflex in the AD's at all?

Appreciate it

I actually saw the Black dial on a friend it looked nice. I thought though they were only good for the evening wear?
The cream sub dial does look elegant I agree.

Everose and chocolate dial. That combo works well in all models.

I vote rose dial with black subdials. I also think the chocolate dial with the arabic numbers looks pretty sharp like DrSmellody has posted.

The Cream (Ivory) dial with RG subdials looked awesome. (I've seen all those three options.)

Saw the Chocolate at an AD this past week. Nice watch but really I'm too masculine for rose gold. It really doesn't fit me and I think it's a fad that Rolex is going through.

Good luck with your acquisition.

The Rolex Daytona the watch with a dial so busy you have to concentrate to tell the time

I Just can't see what the fuss is about with the daytona I would not choose the watch

If RG go for the black dial, it’s a stunning combo but WG looks better on me.

Go for the cream. The black is similar to your YM and the pink is a bit girly

Daytona Everose Oysterflex Dial Choice?

Here are some other pictures of the 116515. I’ve tried on all 4 dial configurations and the black dial would be my 1st choice with the ivory being the 2nd. The good news is that the Oysterflex bands can be switched out with the black leather straps for a more formal look.

Thanks ALL!!

I am making the decision today. I was told that regarding the Daytona's that the White Gold is over hyped and will not be popular in the next year or two? Because I did think about the White Gold a little at first it does look nice. Maybe more versatile for wearing on different occasions.

That the Black Dial is stunning also. However all of them do look very nice.

The picture forwarded do really help me. Thank you!

Hi

I have tried all 3 and in the UK the White Gold is the most difficult to obtain. I am picking up the White Gold this week but it was a tough choice and the Yellow Gold really pops but the White Gold model is more versatile and stunning in the flesh. Good luck with your decision but you can’t go wrong with either choice.

What was your opinion of the Rose Gold when you tried it on. I had not considered the yellow gold. It was Rose Gold but he WG is pretty striking and like you had stated versatile. Great insight!

I like the black dial mentioned, but my favorite PM piece (besides the platinum) is the WG.

I need to start by saying all 3 are stunning and the following is just my opinion. For me the Rose Gold would be my third choice. The White Gold is the most versatile, sporty, understated and my favourite. The Yellow Gold really stands out and if I was buying it with the intention of just wearing it on special occasions and had a large versatile collection then I would consider it. It is stunning and £1000 cheaper than the WG model. The Rose Gold falls somewhere between the other 2 models and although also stunning it just doesn’t have the impact of the other 2 in terms of statement or subtlety. It’s difficult to explain.

It's obviously TEHO, but I went with the WG OF and I absolutely love it. Something about the RG dial really pops, but I went with WG because it sang to me the most.
No matter what you decide I'm sure you will love it. But don't let anyone talk you out of a choice, or persuade you into making a choice based on what is perceived to be over hyped. I wouldn't spend that much money based on other people's perception. If you're spending that much money it should absolutely speak to you and if it doesn't then you might want to take your time making a decision.
I never thought I would spend as much as I did on a PM watch, but when I saw the WG on my wrist I felt OK pulling the trigger.

There’s only one dial for me and that’s pink dial with black sub dials.

Since I already own a black MOP dial datejust, a black dial Daytona was not an option for me and I always wanted a sunburst dial sports watch.

My second choice would be the YG Daytona with gold dial and black sub dials.
