Also is there any difference between a 16628b and a 16628 as this is a 'b' but have no idea on the difference

16628 vs 16628B is related to the bracelet and its attachment to the case.

Spring bars used have different ref# to adapt to oyster 78768B instead of 78768. Integrated SEL are # 108 instead of 46B.

I have no more detail on the différences in the bracelets, it would be interesting to have both and compare them.

Mine says 'Good choice.' The B Appears on both the case and the bracelet model numbers. I think the springbars and their slots are just a tiny bit thinner than on those without the B, but not 100% sure. Nice watch!
