Even the ones with the little coronet between “SWISS MADE” at the 6 o’clock position?

Oooo I like it. Love the rustic wood floor in the background too. :)

I see your Jeans and raise you a pair of cowboy boots.

Nice! I feel bad, I have lived in Texas almost my whole life and I haven’t ever put on a pair of boots. Don’t tell anyone...

Same here! Never put on a pair of boots until about 6 years ago. Then I’ve worn only boots every single day since then!

Within 1 week, it fixed my unbearable foot aches that doctors couldn’t fix. And the rest is history, I was a believer!

That bezel is just insanely shiny! It looks black in most pictures but in person, it's a mirror! Looks grey to me under most light conditions from how much it's just reflecting everything around it!

Thanks! I think we should try to get that to stick vs saying SD43 all the time; I am 6'6 280lbs with 8in wrist, so it just looks like a Sub looks on an average sized man.

All modern black Seadwellers have matte/satin black dials.
Which include the 116600, 126600, 116660 and the 126660.

They all look fantastic.

I'm on the list for one at my AD, hope to receive in the next month or so. Looks like Rolex are still shipping out MK1 dials (no crown between SWISS MADE).

Has anyone actually received a MK2 dial yet??

Mine flipped 8 minutes past midnight.

Honestly, it really annoyed me. I know the movement has better accuracy than that. But really annoyed me that a $12k Rolex was built with a little carelessness.

I feel like I bought a new Rolls Royce and found out the leather inside was stitched sloppy. I know doesn’t affect the final product much, but it does speak of the attention to detail that I expected better.

Mine flips around 3 minutes past and my CHNR around 4 minutes past. This seems to be pretty common and is within spec. Anything that changes after 12:05 consistently is out of spec and you can send in if you choose. It doesn’t really bother me and I probably wouldn’t send it even if it was 15 min past. I would just wait till service time but if it’s going to bug you send it in.

Hard to justify being without my new watch for 6 weeks just so it comes back flipping at 5 instead of 8 minutes past midnight.

It just bothers me that the hands were put on the movement somewhat carelessly.

I’ve taken hands off and I’ve re-set hands on movements before. I know how it’s done. I wouldn’t dare attempt it on this watch, but if this was a $1,200 watch not a $12,000 watch, I would have fixed it myself.

It simply bothers me that ROLEX product that boasts “SUPERLATIVE” wasn’t as “super” as it could have been if the watchmaker setting these hands spent an extra 5 minutes... I would have expected this extra 5 minutes to be spent when I buy a watch the price of a car.

Those extra 5 minutes might cost you around +5K...

I was pretty much blown away by the bezel as well. This was the first piece I've owned with a ceramic bezel and it's just striking. As much as I appreciate the classic aluminium bezel inserts, the ceramics are just light years nicer. The whole watch is a work of art.

Beautiful photo. It shows everything that makes this watch so handsome. Add sunlight and you see the beautiful proportions, matte dial, and striking red text.
