Wow this is something that I hope I never have to go through. I don't get why robbers have to harm someone when they could have just held you down and took it off your wrist.

The OP is too new here to know how careful TRF’ers should be discussing political or weaponry matters. I am sure he would ask our restraint from going off-topic into those areas.

It would be a shame if this thread got locked due to some going down that road.

I don’t know you but I am livid, having been in a similar situation before except they only managed to take less expensive valuables and I was able to outrun the perps. Hope you recover quickly.

That sounds awful. You are very lucky to have come out of this alive.
I hope they catch the guys who did this and I think in any case where somebody stabs or cuts someone, particularly in the neck it should be seen as attempted murder. Fingers crossed you get your watch back too but the most important thing is catching the scumbags
