SD4K for me as well. Made that decision and I'm sticking with the 4K.

Already have an LV but have contemplated adding the SD even though I have several subs, the SD50 and JC DSSD but do love Rolex Divers. You have a tough decision and good luck on it but in the end, don't think you will go wrong with either selection.
