Thoughts on this?

So... I'm quite confused by this one. It looks like an OysterPerpetual in an OysterQuartz case?

What are your all's thoughts on this?

Probably a dial swap or aftermarket.

Sounds to me like some here need some education before posting. Most likely its a model 1530. If real, be prepared to pay $4000-5000 or more for it. They are on the rarer side. Its an automatic movement in a quartz case, a transitional piece.

Compare the Double connection of OP's watch to a 1530. One single piece goes into the case.

Also, 17010 Bracelet is correct for an OysterQuartz.

There are multiple models. There is also a 1630 which is gold and has the same style bracelet. Ill have to do more research to find the correct model but I have seen them both ways. It could also be a 1530 which someone added a bracelet from a 17014.

Thanks everyone. Super helpful. I don't know on the movement yet. I can't seem to find a 1530 or 1630 image with Roman Numerals.

The dial could also be refinished.

All SS with the Oysterquartz Jubilee (17010) bracelet, I'd say it has to be a 17014.
As mentioned, the dial is wrong, and I don't think I've ever seen one with an SS engine-turned bezel. Strange...

A 1530/1630 would not have a OP dial, not Datejust though. As seen above the 1530/1630 dials are very distinctive with a "deep dish" rehaut as well.
Also, the bracelets are not interchangeable

EDIT: To clarify, the quartz-case Oyster and Jubilee bracelets are not interchangeable.

Scratching my head too, I think a pic of the movement is required for anymore evaluation

So... frankenwatch or interestingly bad fake? I've not seen it in person yet.

It's not fake overall. Franken yes. The case on these has a number on the back of the lug. As we are all saying it can't be a 1530 with the wrong band as the bands are not I interchangeable as they are integrated into the case. The Dial therefore is not correct and it's a 17014 oysterquartz case with incorrect dial and not to mer ruin the wrong bezel also it should be fluted.
