Should I be worried

Should I be concerned if I post a watch for sale here. Someone contacts me at my email. Asks for more pictures. Says they are interested and then silence.
Could they be using my pics to scam someone ?

Hard to say, who asked? Also, Google search your images and see what pops up.

Maybe they did not like the watch, maybe they did not like the watch for the price?

Please don't let these paranoid, simple minded fools influence you. Every post in the watch out section is a potential scam and every anomaly, no matter how insignificant is another scam to them.

It could be for any reason someone stopped responding, it doesn't have to be nefarious. If someone wanted pictures to use in a scam there are already millions they could use on the interweb, they don't need yours.

Its condescending to members or I would not have responded, wether you think it’s an insult is irreverent. You have added zero expertise I have seen so far, you just stir other members up, I wonder why you even visit the watchout section ?

Some people are just tire kickers... plenty of times I have been asked for pics, details, etc. and then hear radio silence... it's actually fairly common... nothing in and of itself to cause for alarm...

Wow ! "simple minded" is not an insult ? Yes I do want to be part of this group, & I participate whenever I think I have something to add. Most of the time my responses are inconsequential. I know little about Rolexes & Breitlings, but I learn as I go. Slamming the door on people doesn't lead anywhere.
