Im no expert but on my sub date were it has the RolexRolexRolex banding inside the glass at the bottom, 6 oclock position, it has the serial No. That one looks like it says Rolex all the way around.

Doesn't look right. If you already own it, advise you get it checked at a Rolex AD.
If you haven't bought it, stay away. And, if you're going to sell it, I'm not going to tip off where the faults are :-) |

Err buddy Dankap...Orchi would not want to put down any $ for that watch...
As little as Orchi knows...from those pics n youtube clip... The coronet on the glass is too easily visible... The markers are way too big... The chapter ring around the dial is NOT signed by original Rolex...(as pointed rightly by Aqua Fobic) The bracelet does not 'shine'... The hologram sticker is NOT original Rolex... The Dial is NOT original Rolex... Best is to take the watch to a watchmaker to check n open up the backcase cover...chances are it has a 'foreign' movement...! That said...that is perhaps one of the more closer attempts to forge the Rolex Submariner... Good luck... |

i'm no expert at spotting fakes but these are the irregularities that i found...
1. on the chapter ring, the coronet is off centre. 2. on the chapter ring, no serial number at the 6 (already pointed out by bro aquafobic) 3. the coronet on the crown looks stamped in instead of raised. 4. fonts on the bezel insert is different |

No series number at the 6 tells the whole tale.

Welcome to TRF. Enjoy your stay here and hopefully you didn't get stuck with this watch. Are you in the market for a Rolex or already own some? Terry Newton

It's a fake, from what I know:
1. The photo with the date showing "6", it looks open. Open 6 are only foundon vintages; 2. LEC easily seen on the sapphire run away.

Fortunately it is a very easy to spot FAKE.
Even the markers are 'maxi'. |

Great catch! The serial number MUST be there. Also, I think the minute/second hash marks are too long, the flip lock looks a little funny, almost like a Yachtmaster. Which would make sense as these counterfeiters use common parts. The grooves over it look too deep, mine on the LV, are much more shallow. Incorrect Maxi markers. Also, like others have said, the LEC should not be visible...dead fake give away
