Icon20 Rolex Date help

Hi all,

I'd like to buy my first Rolex. Unfortunatelly I have a thin wrist. I found a 34 mm Rolex Date which I like and would suits me.

ref: 15223
machinery: 3135

The price tag is 3300$ and I'll attach some pixs. I've read so many things about this watch but before checking it out may I ask your opinion about its genuineness? I believe it is genuine, but I'd be interested in your professional opinion, first instinct. Does it worth its price?

Thanks for the support!
Sam

It's been polished and the crown on the clasp looks faded, but it has original tritium dial. I like it and the price seems ok

Definitely genuine... lugs look sharp... the crown does look polished down but it doesn't usually photograph well so in person it might be a bit better...

Mmm
Back case looks very badly corroded/pitted yet dial is immaculate.

Watch may be genuine, but suspect reworked dial.

I think that's a worn out protective sticker with bubbles on it, not corrosion.

Thank you guys, for the feedback. Yeah, I think it is only a sticker too. The only interesting for me is the Rolex logo on the bracelet. I believe it should be more standout. Maybe I'm wrong.

Here are some other pixs.

Bracelet needs to be seen in person.

As others have said, the clasp is over polished.

It's just overpolished, but only on the clasp (which is a scratch magnet). The rest of the watch like case and bracelet has nice sharp edges and looks great. I wouldn't worry about it. Lovely watch!

You can always ask for a picture like this to see if the band has no stretch on the gold, or just see it in person
