Is this the real deal Kermit fs 4500?

Hey guys meeting with these folks tomorrow based on the experts. I know what a cloned movement looks like but only if I see the balance wheel. Please advice

$4500? Unless these folks do not have access to the internet, beware.

If it seems too good to be true...

Agree, the engraving looks off.

I have purchased watch crystals from the seller in the past their dad was a watchmaker but something seems off. The clasp code matches that of replica BUT is period correct for the watch. I can’t find anything off myself and I’ve been looking really hard however I AM NO expert

My concern would be it was stolen. And as much as I would love to buy at a phenomenal price I don’t want someone’s stolen watch.

The crown guards look off to me, as does the engraving between the lugs. Not sure about the lug proportions either. The price is WAY below market, of course.

You could pay with a Credit Card, send to an RSC immediately and if it comes back stolen or fake, dispute the charge.

That is an aftermarket case. The crown guards are not that of a genuine 16610T....but, unless someone recognizes otherwise, the movement looks to be a real 3135. I’m guessing this is a build using an aftermarket case, and sourcing other parts. But I’ve been wrong before. And even if it’s a build, it’s probably with about 4g maybe. Dial, insert, bezel, hands will run easily 2500, movement Atleast 2 grand. Be cautious here.

That’s not the watch you’re getting. It’s also a few different pix.

Don’t carry cash.

T. This indicates no lug holes.

Thank you. I thought the case looked good and at best a build from parts. I’m ok with that instead of stolen or fake. I think I can get it for less than 4.

I don’t disagree with this assessment.

There was a thread on here recently the guy bought someone’s explorer for 1000$ thought it was too good and it ended up being legit. I was really hoping this was that scenario but I don’t have luck like that. Blessings but not luck. Something HAS to be off right?

Red flag! The price is too good to be true.

Pass, pass, pass, pass!

Replica case was the conclusion reached a few posts above. I’d say that qualifies as “off”.

Very good replica with either a transplanted genuine movement or a clone with genuine bridge and other parts added to fake movement.

Crown guards definitely off, perhaps overpolished. The engraving looks weird as others mentioned. No one think cyclops mag is a little OTT? Absence of engraved rehaut?

Why don't you just ask why they are selling it at this price?
