Vegas grand opening cocktail party at chrystals? Anyone go?

Was anyone there last night? We were there yesterday and got to speak with Thiery Stern, larry Pettinelli and the rest of the Patek team as well as Ezra the owner of the AD (total baller and super nice guy, he wore 2 watches...at the same time...one rolex olive dial DD40 and a 5726 grey on strap). I really appreciated that he worked hard for his AD status and was a super approachable guy.

Thiery was a really nice guy, super approachable, and you could genuinely tell he loves watches and enjoys what he does. Highlight of my year.

Was a great time. My family loved it and we got to meet a few other Patek fans as well. If you guys are on here

And oh there were rolexes. So many rolexes lol. If you havent been you should go. I think the list are just getting started here.

A close friend was there and scored a nice SS Patek. He also got to see and try on the Rainbow Daytona. Did you get a chance to purchase anything?

Wish I was invited to these openings... I would swoop all the models in one go until my credit card melts.

Lol i had allocated $250k to spend and was not offered anything else to buy lol.
Probably something for everyone, so I dont think im getting any additional pieces beyond what I paid for.

Was still fun, would have liked to fill out my watchbox some. Maybe in the new year.

What was TS wearing? I remember years ago TS saying one of the reasons he wore a 5167 even at Basel was because he didn't want to wear a new model and have people come up to him and say - oh, I see you have that already and I am still waiting... well now that applies to the basic Aqua too, he'll have to start wearing a Hublot.

My wife said he was wearing a 5740G

He said one of his favorite watches is the 5270 in gold with a white dial.

Was supposed to attend it.. But was out of town. Heard they were getting only couple of nautilus in December.. as far as purchases, they only allow you one steel sport Rolex or patek at a time.. :(

Wow, sounds like an amazing event! I was actually in vegas this past weekend also for a bachelor's party and we stayed at Aria too! Wish I had known, I would have absolutely skipped some of the festivities to attend! Might have been a bit intoxicated tho if i had

The thing as much as it would have been cool, I was told they wouldn’t have any nautilus or aquanauts on display :(
Wish all the retailers and boutiques would have those demo watches atleast to try on..

Will stop by this weekend! Too bad I missed the celebration.

Patek really does take great care of their ADs, so it's nice to see TS come out for this.
