How funny. The band cost almost as much as the watch. I might just go with the all black resin. I’m going to try to remove the text letters on the case. I saw a few videos that say rubbing alcohol will remove it. This watch is out of the ordinary me. I only have simple, clean dial watches. Nothing like the AE-1200. Even my DW5600-BB is simple.

I saw that it’s 39.5mm. Which is perfect for me.

Added this limited edition G-LIDE GLX150B3 from 2013 to the collection. Arrived today. Usually only buy Squares but love the G-LIDE series and these colors.

Here is after I cleaned it and tightened up all the screws. Took a little Polywatch after the pic to the little scuffs and everything came off. Set the moon and local tide where I go ocean fishing. Nice white LED-like backlight. Quite happy for $40.00

You can even mod the display with thin colored see thru plastic sheets from a crafts store cut to size to make any color you want!

Great beater.

Thanks! I love the colors and this series. You see some for sale on eBay for stupid high prices. So when I saw $40 I scooped it up.

LMAO as long as you didn’t overpay and it’s something you truly wanted then it’s okay.

You only go around once in life. Let that be the worst of your money wasting endeavors. Enjoy it.

Math was NOT my forte, trust me!

I Googled to find the exact location for my settings. I found it on a fishing forum where a G-Shock user gave the Jersey Shore's coordinates. So I was able to plug it in as that's where I go fishing and to enjoy the beach. I think my Tide feature is slightly more complicated than yours.

I see you are in London and maybe go to the East Coast to the North Sea? I am assuming. So what you want to do is Google the next time for High Tide for the area you travel to.

So for example if you go to Margate, the next High Tide on July 21 is 13:27 in military time. I am assuming you have the 5484 module movement in your watch. If so, go to page 7 in the Casio MANUAL <--here and see how to adjust the High Tide time you found online. Always choose the NEXT High Tide and not one that has passed.

To get the High Tide you want just Google "High Tide <insert name of place> UK" Example "High Tide Margate UK"

It's pretty easy!

Thanks, I’ll try again. Although admittedly, I don’t go near water ever; I do cross the Thames occasionally

I have the CasiOak black bezel with khaki band and the camo bezel with black band. They are light, attractive, readable (except for the tiny date window). Enjoy!

I received my Casio World Time. I have to say, it’s a nice, fun watch for <$20.00.

They can be pricey. I personally tend to shy away from them. Good luck in your hunt and post ‘em if you land ‘em!
