I'm guessing you weigh at least 200lbs but its hard to tell on the pictures. So you eat 400 grams per day while bulking. Holly Swole Dan Man thats a ton. Whats your height and weight? I'm 6'3 and am at 230 right now. Feels like a good weight for me maybe I could bulk a little more then cut for the summer.

btw, this thread is JACKED.
Greek Yoghurt??

Ohhhhh Yeah Baby!!
(with berries!! ohhhhhhhh yyyyeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhh!!)

I go 210/215 when I'm in shape Bruno mate but TBH I've not been training as much as I should the past six months.... (hence the cutter ) but yeah when I'm training hard & bulking I'll go 400g protein easy.....
& most of that's coming from whole foods with shakes only as 'back up' & before & after training.

It's a hot pot dish with radish, fish (fish cake), yams, and boiled eggs cooked in dashi. Folks sometimes add shitake and tofu, and sometimes if you feel a bit exotic, octopus.

It's supposed to be low calorie.

I'm not showing a picture tonight. I just got back from a horrible prime rib dinner at the club to kick off the "ABCD" league golf season. Maybe next time!

Sounds tasty. Is this something you prepare at home, or is there a restaurant in San Jose that you go?

I don't think it's something I've ever ordered at a restaurant. Not really a fancy thing folks would pay for.

It's actually quite easy to prepare. Just boil the dashi soup stock in a pot, add the semi cooked ingredients (boiled egg, i also pre boil the daikon otherwise the taste is overwhelming), add soy sauce, sugar, and sake.

Relatives from Rochester, NY came down late last night for a couple of days, and come an early dinner today, they didn't what to here about my greasy, fatty and spicy typical meals. So we or they decided to eat healthy for dinner tonight.
Salmon with wine, capers and lemon with wild rice. Pretty good considering I never eat healthy!
PS - My "ants in the pants" cousin couldn't sleep last night, I woke up to 12 loaves of bread he baked over night!

PM's on the way Bruno my friend & you'll soon see why I didn't post it out here!!

& Chest & Tri's?
Strangely enough I've recently changed to Chest & Bi's then Back & Tri's is another workout altogether.

I know Chest & Tri's is the accepted norm & many people have great results on it but I've never been a fan of 'pre-exhaustion' & I like to go quite heavy on arms at the start of my routines, then bringing in a coupla drop sets towards the end.

Your routine sounds good though mate.....
(DEcline work before INclines.... DITTO! )
You can't beat the basics eh?!

Not quite dinner, but my son and I drove out to the Donut Man for a rite of spring, their famous strawberry donuts. Later this summer, their peach donuts :)

Obviously they're UK based suppliers but I can highly recommend the CNP as a 'daytime' protein....
I use MaxiMiuscle Pro-Max whey-isolate before & after training but when I need something slower digesting (& in the convenience of a shake) I use the CNP Pro-Peptide blend.

(& on a personal note neither give me the stomach troubles that I've found with some other brands).

Just came home from pizza night.

Forgot to bring the camera but can tell you I had shrimp, salmon, ground beef and REAL Italian Salami, (a friend came back from Germany last night) on my pizza and topped it off with sauce bearnaise.

I am stuffed.

We are finishing up a late dinner of take out pizza now as well!
Not the best picture ever... or pizza for that matter but hey-I'm hungry and not going to work on a perfect picture of it....and yes... we do have wine, even with our take-out pizza.
